Severe Weather Arrangements
Please take note of the following business arrangements during severe weather conditions.
If the severe weather condition is occurring or will occur…
- Before Business Hours:
All retail stores will be closed when a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is issued.
- During Business Hours:
If the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is about to issue, all branches will close an hour before the signal is issued;
If the Hong Kong Observatory announces that a Black Rainstorm Warning is about to issue, all branches will be in service as usual.
If the severe weather condition is occurring or will occur…
- Before Business Hours:
The Head Office and Service Center will be closed when a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is in effect.
- During Business Hours:
If the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is about to issue, the Head Office and Service Center will close an hour before the signal is issued;
If the Hong Kong Observatory announces that a Black Rainstorm Warning is about to issue, the Head Office and Service Center will be in service as usual.
Due to heavy rain, flooding, and local traffic conditions, on-site services (including delivery and home visits) may be delayed or cancelled. Affected customers will be notified individually.
