To enhance our service quality, our Cheung Sha Wan Head Office and Service Center will be temporarily closed for renovation starting from December 10 (Wednesday). During this period, service arrangements will be adjusted as follows:

1. CVEC Services

Please visit our Experience Centers for the following services:

  • Device repair and maintenance
  • Loaner device service during repair
  • Requesting physical data reports
  • Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) related services
  • Medela product related services

2. On-site (Home) Services

Please schedule an on-site appointment for the following services:

If you need to apply for therapy reports (Printed version / E-version), book an oximetry test*, or schedule a home visit service*, please submit your request via the "Service requests" page on the SleepWell VIP Page member platform:
