Related Safety Certificate

1. Admitted Hong Kong Department of Health, Medical Device Control Office " Certificate of Listing Importer of Medical Device" -- To ensure the provider fulfill the requirement of infrastructure and service standard from Department of Health.
    
2. Admitted Hong Kong Department of Health, Medical Device Control Office " Certificate of Listing" -- To ensure selected devices are in the "List of Medical Device" and fulfilled the safety requirement of "Medical Device Administrative Control System" from Department of Health.
    
3. Manufacturer (Philips) official "Authorized Distributor and Service Letter" -- To ensure the responsibility and guarantee to customer from both provider and manufacturer.  
    
4. Manufacturer (Philips) official "Certificate of Factory Authorized Service Training " -- To ensure the application, repairing and after sales service of the providing CPAP are accredited by manufacturer.
    

If supplier could not provide above certificate, they might be an unauthorized dealer (by Philips) or supply parallel import device. For ensure your therapy effectiveness and safety, please do not use related service.
