Dear Valued Customers,

On behalf of the entire Celki VitalAire team, we would like to take a moment to say thank you again for your loyalty and support.  The past several months have been unlike anything we have ever experienced.  We have been servicing you in new ways, whether online or through phone services.

In light of the COVID-19 has shown signs of easing, the normal opening hours of our Experience Centres have resumed. The next step is to resume our field services from 11th May, while keeping all necessary precautionary measures.  

The core team will continue to closely monitor the evolution of the situation to adjust our measures accordingly.

Dear Valued Customer, 

Safeguard the health and safety of our employees, patients and customers is our highest priority.  In view of the current evolution of the COVID-19 epidemic, Celki VitalAire has undertaken necessary actions and complied with measures recommended by the Department of Health in order to respond actively to such challenging events.

A core team is set up and business continuity plans are activated.  Special work arrangements for employees are in place, procedures for personal and site hygiene are strengthened.  In conjunction with government advice, non urgent field services are switched to remote / phone services. All our employees working in hospitals, patients in their homes and in our Experience Centers strictly apply protection instructions.  Moreover, our online shop and delivery service are fully operational to provide customers with alternative purchase options for devices and accessories.
