Vincent Rouvier - CEO
Vincent Rouvier is the Chief Executive Officer of Celki Medical. Born in France, Mr. Rouvier graduated from Montpellier University I with a Bachelor Degree of Economics in 1991 and obtained a Master Degree of Business Administration and Marketing from Marseille Business School in 1994 and a Master Degree of Engineering in Technology and Management in 1995 in Ecole Centrale de Paris, respectively. Prior to joining Celki in Hong Kong, Mr. Rouvier had been working in different subsidiaries of Air Liquide Healthcare for 15 years.

Mr. Rouvier oversees the operation of Celki Hong Kong and advises on the full range of the Firm’s homecare development, business strategies and so forth in China.

Caren W. L. Chow - Financial Controller
Ms Chow is a FCCA. She has several years of experience working for multinational and Hong Kong listed companies prior to joining Celki. Her experience helps to develop an accounting system that is unique for a home healthcare company in Hong Kong.

Janet Y.M. Leung - Human Resources and Administration Manager
Ms Leung is a graduate from the Baptist University with a BBA degree in Human Resources Management and holder of MBA degree from the University of Leicester. She worked for multinational and Hong Kong listed companies prior to joining Celki. Her department oversees the recruitment and development of people for a unique and specialized home healthcare business as in Celki.

Ted T.Y. Lee - Marketing Manager
Mr. Lee graduated from the Monash University (Australia) with a Bachelor Degree in Business (Marketing). He has more than ten years experience in sales and marketing of consumer products, IDD and Broadband services with multi-national and listed companies prior to joining Celki. With his professional marketing and e-business experience, Mr. Lee will lead the marketing team to provide total marketing solutions to our Sales Division and to build a strong brand of Celki.
