The Sales Function
The Sales and Marketing function for Celki in Hong Kong includes 20 field sales personnel from Celki Medical Company and Celki Home Health Care Centre. Interactively, they promote to medical units, geriatric units, ICU, pediatric units, neonatal wards, nursing homes and medical retail stores. Celki covers all private and public sector hospitals, 600 nursing homes, as well as about 200 specialists in private practice in Hong Kong and Macau. Most of our sales personnel are university graduates with relevant degrees in health or related sciences.
Routine promotional activities include:
- Product detailing
- Organizing seminars, workshops.
- Arranging product focus sessions.
- Initiating and follow up product trials.

The Customer Service Function
The Customer Service Department provides training and education to clients on product use. They follow up the first training with home visit (called the Initial Quality Assurance visit) and continuously monitor the satisfaction of clients through a Customer Satisfaction Tracking program consisting of regular telephone interviews and home visits. Customer Service Department manages the www.celkicare.com platform. They work closely with medical professionals in hospitals, nursing homes and exchange information on clients for better patient care. Celki customer service is well regarded as the highest quality in the industry.

The Technical Service Function
The Technical Service Department provides routine repair service, preventive maintenance service, 24-hour emergency service to Celki equipment. Relevant service data are regularly communicated to medical professionals.
